📦 Orders & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my planner?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Once it’s on the move, UK Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, or just 1–2 working days with UK Express. A little something to look forward to in the post. ✨

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not just yet, at the moment we’re only shipping within the UK. But we’re dreaming big and working on wider delivery soon. Stay tuned 👀

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order’s been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Our planners are designed with heart. They’re not just about ticking boxes, they’re about making space for what really matters. With a blend of mindful prompts and thoughtful structure, you’ll feel supported, not overwhelmed.

Do you offer digital versions?

Not at the moment - but if that’s something you’d love, we’d really like to hear from you! Feel free to drop us a message and let us know.

Are the planners dated or undated?

All our planners are undated, on purpose. Less pressure, less waste. Start when you’re ready, pause when you need to, and pick it back up without the guilt of blank pages. Life flows, your planner should too.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my planner?

Of course. If it’s unused and in its original condition, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at generationnoted@gmail.com and we’ll get things sorted.

Can I exchange it for a different one?

Yes, no problem! As long as it hasn’t been used and is still in brand-new condition. Let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to help.
