Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your new planner goodies as much as we loved creating them but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

At Generation NOTED, we put heart into every product. Each planner is designed to help you stay inspired, organised, and ready to take on the world. That said, if your order arrives not so perfect, here’s what to do:

🔁 We accept returns on faulty or damaged items only.

If something’s gone wrong in transit or there’s a defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

To request a return or replacement:

Send us an email at generationnoted@gmail.com or pop us a DM on socials @generationnoted with the following:

• Your order number
• A quick description of what’s wrong
• A few clear pics showing the issue 

Once we’ve had a look and approved the return, we’ll send you the next steps!

A few things to note:

• We don’t accept returns for change of mind so choose wisely, planner fam!
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Depending on the situation, we may cover return shipping
